The living room has a clean, comfortable coastal feel with a white slipcovered sofa and comfy chair plus natural teak side tables and white washed accent furniture. For entertainment there is a 50 inch Smart Flatscreen TV with premium cable, on demand movies, and a variety of entertainment.

The open, airy floor plan includes a fully-equipped custom kitchen that opens to the outdoor living area. The breakfast bar has glass pendant lights and track lighting that brighten the working part of the kitchen. Custom cabinets with under cabinet LED lighting coordinate with Cambria quartz counter top and sleek contemporary backsplash. The new stainless appliances and cabinets come fully stocked with coastal serving ware for all of your entertainment needs.

The king-size bedroom boasts an eco-friendly mattress and bedding and a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV. The queen-size bedroom includes a deluxe pillow top mattress. Both beds are covered with luxurious high quality sheets that make you feel like you are in a five-star resort.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled with custom contemporary tile floating vanity with square raised sink bowl and contemporary fixtures. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided to guests.

A short 3-block walk to downtown and its lively restaurants, boutiques and music, is fun for nighttime strolls and during the day it’s only another 5 blocks to the beach. Newly remodeled and professionally landscaped, with tropical gardens, night lighting and enclosed pool. Bring your bikes or rent from great rental shop 2 blocks away.

There is off-street parking for two cars, but why drive when you can use the Delray Downtowner? This free shuttle service to and from the high energy Delray downtown area will pick you up at your doorstep - just call for a pick up.

Publix Super Market, CVS Pharmacy, UPS-Parcel Plus, and Walgreens - with a liquor store - are all within 2 blocks.
